Chocolate Chocolate Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes tonight and I'm posting about them because Peter claims they're the best cupcakes he's EVER had. I used 65% bittersweet chocolate for the cupcakes and 85% for the ganache. If you're a fan of bittersweet or dark chocolate like Peter, then you will LOVE these.

MMM. Don't they look good. Just looking at them makes me thirsty for a tall glass of milk.
