The stockings were hung by the chimney with care...

I've been home sick all week. Lauren was sick too and now Peter's caught it and has been home for the last two days. I had hoped to have the house decked out for Christmas by now but the only thing I was able to do was hang up the stockings.



Lauren has a very special handmade advent/countdown stocking ( not made by me, I bought it on Etsy a couple of years ago). It's a patchwork stocking that has little pockets to fit a daily treat or gift leading up to Christmas.




This is the first year that she kinda understands how the stocking works. I was a day late putting it up but I don't think she noticed. It'll be a great way to dole out her leftover Halloween candy.










Tomorrow's pocket is going to have snowman tattoos in it. I've been saving up happy meal toys, stickers, and treats. FUN!!!
