Happy New Year Everyone! We ended up going to my Mom's house to watch the ball drop and for a bit of bubbly. Lauren surprisingly stayed up until midnight so we could welcome in 2008. We had money in our pockets and jumped up when the clock struck midnight (superstitions; to ensure wealth throughout the new year and a growth spurt).
