Seems I've been thinking a lot about food and cooking this week...perhaps to take my mind off the technical mumbo jumbo I've been doing at work. After listing my favorite celebrity chef recipes the other day I was remembered a very special recipe...one that I've been dying to find and try: Bistro Jeanty Tomato Soup in Puff Pastry.Bistro Jeanty in Yountville (near Napa) is our favorite restaurant and their tomato soup would make the Soup Nazi jealous. It is so good and I order it every single time we go there. They sell a souvenir version of this recipe at the restaurant but I never wanted to spend money on it and always promised myself to look it up online. And of course, I always forgot. Until now....

Part of me wants to try to make it but then part of me wants to just go to the restaurant and let the experts do it.
